Alex Caballero is a Florida Realtor and Broker Associate with IMPACT Realty Tampa Bay who has nearly a decade of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest in both residential and commercial real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area. Alex owned and ran his own Real Estate Brokerage for 5 years with his wife Katelyn. Serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco counties & beyond, he specializes in first-time homebuyers, investment opportunities, and commercial properties, leveraging his background in business management to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
Alex earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lynn University, providing him with a strong foundation in finance, marketing, negotiation, and strategic planning. His business education, combined with extensive experience in residential and commercial transactions, allows him to offer clients a well-rounded perspective on market trends, property values, and long-term investment potential.
