Katelyn Caballero is a Florida native, entrepreneur, and real estate operations professional with extensive experience supporting agents, brokerages, and clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. She earned her Master's Degree in Psychology from Lynn University, where she developed a deep understanding of communication, client relationships, and human behavior—skills that have become invaluable throughout her career in real estate and business.
Alongside her husband, Alex Caballero, Katelyn owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage in Clearwater for five years, helping oversee hundreds of transactions while managing day-to-day operations, agent support, contracts, and client experience. Her leadership and operational expertise helped build a strong foundation for growth, client satisfaction, and transaction success throughout the brokerage's tenure.
Today, Katelyn owns and operates Anne & Rae Travel Co. with her cousin, Sarah, specializing in curated travel experiences for adults, including solo travel, couples getaways, and group celebrations. She also runs a real estate services business focused on social media marketing, brand development, transaction coordination, and operational support, helping real estate professionals grow their businesses while delivering exceptional service to their clients.
