About Andy Barthel:
Andy Barthel started his career in hospitality, growing to spend years in management and operations of a variety of restaurants and hospitality businesses, from winery tasting rooms, to retail food service or fine dining, Andy has successfully managed each atmosphere.
Leaving his final hospitality role of Area Director for a chain of retail gourmet donuts, Andy entered real estate as part of the original leadership staff at IMPACT Realty Tampa Bay. He served there for 7 years as their Director of Operations, working with various industries as a consultant in his spare time.
Having recently left his last position to afford more time towards his clients at Whetstone and towards running the Legacy Link Society, Andy is excited to work with you and develop your business and operations.
Skilled in process engineering, website and resource design and operations, Andy specializes in leveraging todays top tools with highly efficient standardized operating procedures for you and your staff to plan for success, and achieve it.
